Dr. Sophia Lin Ott

Sophia is a California licensed Doctor of Psychology and Board Certified Coach, with additional certificates in Complementary and Alternative Medicine and 500-hour Advanced Yoga Instruction. She has a cumulative 28-years studying dance and yoga, which combined with personal trauma and recovery experiences, allows her to provide immense resources and expertise to her clients in mind-body healing and life transformation.

For the past 18 years, Sophia has successfully worked with a diverse group of people including executives, engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs, medical professionals, teachers, small business owners, high school, college and graduate students, from organizations such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Tesla, LinkedIn, a variety of start-ups, Stanford, San Jose State, and Santa Clara Universities, as well as many of Silicon Valley’s prestigious and challenging high schools.

Sophia has been married for 21 years, and has twin sons and a daughter. She loves reading, baking and cooking, new adventures, running and mindfulness-based movement practices.

It has helped me name my stress, try different approaches when something would not work and most of all give me a moment of pause.
